Introducing Mark Greaves

Viare welcomes Mark Greaves to the team as our Chief Fulfilment Officer.

Mark has joined Viare to support eStar and Viare by providing both our clients and internal teams with access to his extensive order fulfilment knowledge. Mark is responsible for enhancing and supporting the Viare and eStar OMS offering and supporting our clients order fulfilment solutions helping them achieve long term customer success. With over 20 years’ experience within the retail sector, he has held senior roles in retailers like Briscoe Group, Onceit, Rodd & Gunn and Paper Plus.

Mark believes that the actual fulfilment of online orders is key to a seamless customer experience when they shop online. A well-designed Distributed Order Management solution provides the opportunity to connect all the key elements of inventory, locations, fulfilment teams and courier networks to orchestrate orders across the retailer’s network, to ensure exceptional customer service and superior results. Mark holds a Bachelor of Management Studies from Waikato University.
